WVMLS is a Member-Owned MLS. To get access for you and your office, the following documentation will need to be filled out.
There is a one time fee of $2,000 with the option of putting $500 down and making $100 (interest-free) payments towards the $2,000. WVMLS Principal Broker monthly dues are $75 ($30 office fee + $45 license broker fee) and come out on the 1st of every month (auto pay required). Each licensee is $45 dollars plus a one-time $50 new broker fee. WVMLS office membership is non-transferable.
Note: If you’re the Principal Broker who paid for the WVMLS Office Membership and you’re leaving to a different office and have no affiliated Licensees proceed otherwise please contact us.
Please Perform an Office Search (found on this page) to find the Name & Email of your new WVMLS Principal Broker before filling out the Office Transfer Form.Failure to do so can delay your WVMLS account creation.
WVMLS charges a one-time $50 transfer fee & $45 monthly dues.
If it’s been two years or less since you closed your WVMLS office account for you and your affiliated licensees, reactivating is easy!
