Replacement phone with the Supra eKEY Service

Note: These directions are for WVMLS Agents who have previously had the Supra eKEY app. If the app is automatically transferred to your new phone, you’ll need to delete it and re-download it. 

If you broke/lost your phone or tablet – you’ll need to go to the App Store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android and re-download the Supra Ekey app. 

You can request an authorization code through the Supra eKEY app by following these directions or give us a call at 503-399-8657 Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 PM or send us an email letting us know that you need a new authorization code.

Other Lockbox Information

There is no way to track a WVMLS Supra lockbox, however if you have assigned a WVMLS Supra lockbox to a listing using WVMLS Paragon, SupraWEB, or the Supra eKey app, we would be able to see the MLS number.

Please reach out to WVMLS and provide the serial number of your lockbox if you believe you’ve assigned the lockbox or feel free to call us directly at: (503) 399-8657.
