Supra eKEY Troubleshooting Resources
Here are some resources that will help fix the common problems you may encounter:
eKEY Error Code Guide – When the Supra eKEY doesn’t function properly, it will display a four-digit error code. This guide provides fixes for most error codes that you may encounter.
No Cell Service, No Problem – Press “update” located at the bottom of the App every day, especially before going out of reception.

Replacement phone with the Supra eKEY Service
Note: These directions are for WVMLS Agents who have previously had the Supra eKEY app. If the app is automatically transferred to your new phone, you’ll need to delete it and re-download it.
If you broke/lost your phone or tablet – you’ll need to go to the App Store for iPhone or Google Play Store for Android and re-download the Supra Ekey app.
You can request an authorization code through the Supra eKEY app by following these directions or give us a call at 503-399-8657 Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 PM or send us an email letting us know that you need a new authorization code.

WVMLS Supra lockboxes are $90 each. Once we gather some information from you, we’ll have you rockin’ and rollin’ with your lockbox in no time!
Lockbox Troubleshooting
Here are some resources that will help fix the common problems you may encounter.
When you first approach a lockbox, remember to always turn ON your Bluetooth Lockbox before trying to Open the Shackle or Obtain the Key. Do this by pressing up on the bottom on the Lockbox. You will see a flashing red light on the front of the Lockbox when it is on. Reminder: The Key Pouch must be inside the lockbox to turn on Bluetooth.
If Bluetooth Lockbox is NOT opening, try “closing” your apps on your iPhone or Android OR turn the phone off and back on.

Other Lockbox Information
There is no way to track a WVMLS Supra lockbox, however if you have assigned a WVMLS Supra lockbox to a listing using WVMLS Paragon, SupraWEB, or the Supra eKey app, we would be able to see the MLS number.
